Atty. Bohol is an experienced legal professional with a dynamic tenure as a Senior Associate at Morales & Justiniano from 2019 to 2022.
In 2024, he established his own firm as a solo practitioner, with special focus on litigation, labor, data privacy and contract review.
Some of his notable achievements include:
Defending a conglomerate in a pivotal civil suit involving its concession rights over a provincial water supply project;
Defending the directors and officers of a large manufacturing company in numerous high stakes copyright infringement cases;
Defending a world-renowned bank from multiple administrative charges before the Anti-Money Laundering Council;
Acted as a private prosecutor on behalf of several companies in estafa, theft and anti-bouncing check cases;
Served as an external counsel to one of the country’s largest human resource solutions company, actively addressing complex labor issues and deflecting frivolous labor complaints; and
Rendering legal advice on a vast range of law subjects, facilitating the legal requirements for mining applications, and taking a proactive part in the conduct of legal due diligence on a company's labor standard compliance and data privacy structure.
Atty. Bohol also teaches Constitutional Law at San Beda College Alabang - School of Law.
